Farm to Table, the Guillin Way

The farm to table movement is huge around the world. We all love to know where exactly our food comes from, right? In Guilin, we go even more natural! We head to the mountains to dig organic bamboo shoots, fiddle-heads, wild mushrooms, and many other wild, fresh vegetables. Then we bring them back to the local farm yards and make rice cakes, traditional rice puddings, and more. This time around, we're celebrating the Tomb-Sweeping Festival in China, but this is a regular practice for us in Guilin. Come and join

us!
