The Little Li: Yulong River

The Yulong River is a tributary of the Li River. It's located ten minutes by car from Yangshuo. People often refer to it as the "Little Li River". The Yulong River is about 43.5 km. long, 38-61 m. wide and .5-2 m. deep in most areas. It features clear waters with a slow, but steady current all year long. There are many famous cultural relics and historic sites along the riverside, which adds to its popularity among visitors. When traveling down the river, you'll see the Xiangui Bridge, Yulong Bridge, Fuli Bridge, town of Yangshuo and more. Lately, backpackers from across the world come to the Yulong River to discover the true charms of this sleeping beauty.
